What information will my authorized guests be able to view?
Your guest will not have access to any account information except for statements, trade confirmations, and tax documents for the accounts you entitled them to view.
How do I remove or edit account access authorization?
To remove or update your Guest Access authorization, navigate to settings, and select Interested Parties & Guest Access. From there, remove users by selecting the red X button.
How do I edit my guest’s contact information?
To edit your guest’s access or contact information, navigate to settings, and select Interested Parties & Guest Access. From there, edit your guest’s contact information by selecting Edit.
How do I resend my guest access notification?
To resend your invitation for guest access, navigate to settings, and select Interested Parties & Guest Access. From there, select Resend Notification to generate a new invitation to your trusted relationship.
Are there registration instructions I can share for Online Access Guest?
Yes, please contact your Financial Advisor for registration instructions for your authorized guest.
