With the help of your transition team, you’ll have administrative and operational tasks completed before your first day at Janney and support ready to step in once you’re here. 

 

  • Offer / Contract Documents
  • Branch office logistics such as computers, office equipment, and more
  • Due diligence of your current business products
  • Single signature new account and transfer documents
  • Meetings with home office support areas
  • Demonstrations of digital onboarding and other Janney platforms
  • Operational support for new account opening and transfer

Assuring your clients receive the right information, in a timely way, is a crucial part of the transition process. In addition, you need an array of materials ready to support your business from your first day at Janney and beyond. You’ll work with a dedicated Marketing Consultant during this time. Your Consultant will coordinate preparation and delivery of materials including:

 

  • Customizable transition announcement package
  • Website creation and social media account updates
