Brian Kehoe serves as Vice President of Investment Banking with a primary focus on advising clients in the insurance industry. He has over 15 years of insurance industry experience.

Prior to joining Janney, Brian served as EVP of Corporate Development for Princeton Risk Partners and Princeton Property Casualty, holding companies for insurance distribution assets. Before Princeton, he was a member of the Insurance Investment Banking Team at FBR Capital Markets, where he assisted in raising over $2 billion in equity capital and $1 billion in debt. His M&A experience includes generating in excess of $1 billion in transaction value, advising insurance carriers and distribution companies on strategic transactions.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
